Hi Everyone —
With just about 2 weeks away from the 6th/5th grade Dance, we need to gather help to set up and facilitate. NEEDED FOR DANCE:
- 2 parents with cars to help pick up food the morning of Friday, June 19
- 8 parents to set up, serve and facilitate the Dance, Friday, June 19 starting at 8:30am, ending at 2:30
- If you have a special dish you’d like to provide to give the event a personal touch, feel free to let us know at endofyear@pa101.org and we’ll be happy to include it in our menu.
- We need MANY volunteers for decorating
- Assembling decorative elements on June 17 (Time TBD)
- Gym Thursday, June 18 (Time TBD, but most likely after school)
For some of us, these are the last big events of our children’s time at 101 — let’s show up and share one last hurrah of community and friendship — and make memories for all of us! Contact us at endofyear@pa101.org to volunteer.
